- Unopened & Unused Condition: Products must be completely unopened, unused, with all original seals, packaging, and protective materials intact.
- Valid Proof of Purchase: Must include order confirmation number, receipt, or invoice. Gift purchases require original buyer's information.
- Original Packaging: All items must be returned in their original packaging with all included materials and documentation.

Non-Refundable Items

Partial Refunds

International Refunds
We currently serve customers within the UAE only. All transactions are processed in AED, eliminating currency conversion issues for domestic customers. When we expand internationally, refunds will be processed in the original transaction currency with exchange rate protection from the original purchase date.
