Original Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, damaged product, etc.). Free shipping promotions do not affect this policy.
Return Shipping (Our Error)
If we made an error (wrong item, damaged product), we provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you. Full refund including original shipping costs will be processed.
Return Shipping (Customer Choice)
For returns due to customer preference (change of mind, wrong fragrance choice), customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless using our optional prepaid return service (AED 25).
In certain situations, partial refunds may be issued at our discretion:
Damaged Packaging: Items with slightly damaged original packaging but intact product seals may qualify for 80-90% refund.
Missing Components: Returns missing original boxes, inserts, or documentation may receive 70-90% refund depending on value.
Late Returns: Items returned 8-14 days after delivery may qualify for partial refund (50-80%) at management discretion.
Bulk Orders: Large orders (5+ items) may have different refund terms; contact support for specific guidance.
Current Coverage: We currently serve customers within the UAE only. All transactions are processed in AED, eliminating currency conversion issues for domestic customers.
Future International Service: When we expand internationally, refunds will be processed in the original transaction currency. Any currency conversion fees will be clearly disclosed before purchase.
Exchange Rate Protection: For future international customers, we will honor the exchange rate from the original purchase date to ensure fair refund amounts.
