All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise specified. We currently ship exclusively within the United Arab Emirates. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and vary by location and order value. Free shipping is available for orders AED 150 and above; a standard shipping fee of AED 15 applies to smaller orders. Due to the nature of perfume products and hygiene considerations, we only accept returns of unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Items must include all original seals, packaging, and proof of purchase. Opened or used perfumes cannot be returned for health and safety reasons. Damaged or defective products must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.
