Items must be unopened, unused, in original packaging with all seals intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

To qualify for a return, ALL of the following conditions must be met:

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date. The delivery date is confirmed by tracking information or delivery receipt.
Product Condition: Unopened & Unused
Products must be completely unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all manufacturer seals, shrink wrap, and protective materials intact.
Proof of Purchase Required
Valid order number, receipt, or email confirmation is required. Orders placed as gifts must include the original purchaser's information.
Important: Due to hygiene and safety regulations, opened perfumes and fragrances cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Refund Method & Timeline
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval. Credit card refunds may take 7-14 business days to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong item sent).
Partial Refunds
