At The Nuaims, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your fragrance purchase, we offer a straightforward return process to make things easy for you.

Return Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Perfumes must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging/seal.
• Opened or used perfumes cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons unless they arrive damaged or defective.
• Limited edition or promotional items may have different return conditions, stated at the time of purchase.

How to Return an Item

Follow these steps to initiate your return:

1. Contact our customer support at [email protected] or via WhatsApp at +971 56 445 1624 to request a return authorization.
2. Carefully pack the perfume in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
3. Attach the prepaid return label provided by our team to the package.
4. Drop off your package at the nearest approved shipping point.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned perfume, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be made to your original payment method.

Free Returns

We offer free returns within the UAE. For international orders, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
